I really need your help to please inform the Iranians please respect our working schedule. So far, we dont have problem from other countries but the Iranians. They keep coming to the counter after the closing hour especially during hour lunch hour that causes my staff very limited time for their lunch. Please also advise the Iranians if their English is bad, please come with a friend who can speak English well because we are wasting so much time repeating the same thing and at the end, the message was not understood.Please, most of them complaint that the counter servise is slow, but this is because my staff have to take a longer time to explain to them the procedure and to fill in the forms probably.

Another thing, please dont buy their tickets and then keep forcing us to do their passport soon. The process is not done at our level. My staffs are the ones suffering from scolding from the Immigration NOT the student.I know New Year is coming but New Year is not an urgent matter and not a compulsory celebration that they MUST go back.

I really need your help in this.
